The Enviro Cloth is a far superior cleaning agent than any chemical spray or "rag" I have every used. I can clean my bathroom with it to remove all soap scum without any cleaners. I can wipe up raw chicken or egg and not worry about salmonella poisoning. How you say? The fibers pick up the liquid and hold it inside. There is no trace of it left on the surface and you can continue wiping your counter tops without worry of cross contamination since it does not hold it on the surface. Here is a demonstration showing this face. This is the demonstration that sold me on trying the product. Best decision I ever made. Thank you to my sister-in-law Beverly for introducing me to this magical cloth!
If you would like to see a demo in person, I would love to host a party for you. Then you can do the test yourself too if you don't believe others cleaning skills are up to par. Truth be told, I can get the surface clean with a paper towel and a cleaner, but it takes more work and sometimes it doesn't get it all. So which one would you pick?
So what about the cost of the cloth? Well, I haven't bought paper towels in over 9 months. I think I have used them twice - well, really my husband did. I haven't purchased bathroom cleaners, window cleaners or all-purpose cleaners either. I never intend to again either. The towel has more than paid for itself and it has a 2 year guarantee. Even if it didn't though, the simplicity of using it, the ease with which it picks up everything, less trash and no smell makes it worth it to me. Want to try one? Email me and I can get you started on a new outlook on clean!
This video shows how the protein cannot be detected on the cloth either. It is inside the cloth for sure though. I will change this video soon with my own which will show how deep in the cloth turns purple but I can't get the strip to turn purple when I touch it to the cloth. The particles will not transfer to other surfaces.
NOTE: I received many questions regarding the Enviro Cloth's ability to remove all the bacteria from the surface, not just the protein. Norwex has independent lab results testing for E. Coli and S. Aureus. The results found 99% of bacteria removed from the surface. So it is equivalent to spraying your counter with clorox...letting it sit 5 minutes and then wiping. If you read the instructions on all-purpose cleaners and clorox, you have to let it sit in order for it to kill the bacteria. Most people don't do that. And you certainly don't need to scrub with a lot of pressure over and over again to kill bacteria with the Norwex cloth either.
Another side note, it is possible to pick up so much bacteria that the silver cannot kill it all in sufficient time before you use it again. This is definitely when you need to launder the cloth and why rinsing the cloth well after use will enable the silver to work much more effectively.
